The public measurement register can sit beneath the four evergreen categories and contain the Initiative’s current measures alongside relevant established instruments from other sciences.

For each item, the register can show what it measures, its unit of analysis, population and context, evidence base, validation status, data requirements, limitations and version history.

This structure allows new profiles, assessments, indexes and standards to be added as the work develops without requiring the website’s information architecture to be redesigned. It also makes epistemic status visible: visitors can distinguish established external measures, Initiative syntheses, developing instruments and open measurement gaps.
